Terms & Conditions — btk99 Platform Rules & Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between the operator of the btk99 online gaming platform ("btk99", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the btk99 platform and its associated services (hereinafter "Player", "you", or "your").

btk99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btk99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

Any action taken on the btk99 platform using your account credentials — including placing bets, making deposits, or requesting withdrawals — will be treated as having been authorised by you. btk99 accepts no liability for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify the btk99 support team immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. btk99 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.

btk99 reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual activity is detected, including but not limited to: multiple failed login attempts, login from unrecognised devices, rapid succession of large withdrawals, or patterns consistent with account compromise.

All financial transactions on the btk99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). btk99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not operate foreign currency wallets.

Accepted payment methods currently supported by btk99 include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected debit card options. btk99 may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your BDT wallet within seconds of successful transfer confirmation.
• btk99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposit payment methods must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the volume of pending requests and the verification status of your account.
• First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above ৳20,000 may be subject to identity verification before processing.
• btk99 reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

btk99 does not accept cash payments, bank cheques, or cryptocurrency transactions. Any funds received via an unsupported payment method will be returned to the originating source subject to verification.

btk99 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins credits, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific conditions displayed at the point of acceptance.

• Bonus offers are available to verified account holders only, subject to any eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion.
• Each eligible player may claim each distinct promotion only once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus credits and associated winnings must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal of those funds may be requested.

• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus credits and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

btk99 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across a range of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers test matches, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and hockey. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. btk99 does not guarantee that odds will remain available at any given price.
• Minimum bet per market is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on each individual market.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time at btk99's discretion.
• Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where results are disputed, btk99 will await the official governing body determination before settling.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with btk99's specific rules for that sport, which are available in the betting help section of the platform.
• Obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to decimal odds below 1.01 or clearly inverted favourite/underdog pricing — will be voided and the staked amount returned, regardless of the outcome of the event.
• btk99 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or accumulator at its discretion. Where a maximum winnings cap applies, this will be communicated to the player prior to bet acceptance.

Betting on sporting events in which the outcome may be influenced by a player, coach, official, or any other individual connected to btk99's platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.

In addition to the prohibited conduct described in Sections 6 and 7, the following activities are strictly forbidden on the btk99 platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own details or using false or borrowed identity information;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification;
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of unlawful activity;
• Making deposits using a payment method that does not belong to you, including using another person's bKash or Nagad account;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests in connection with deposits made to your btk99 account;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your btk99 account to another person;

• Temporarily or permanently suspend the account;
• Void all or any portion of the account's bet history;
• Withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation;
• Report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law;
• Pursue civil or criminal legal remedies as appropriate.

btk99 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude btk99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

btk99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, btk99 will provide reasonable notice to affected account holders via the email address or mobile number registered to the account. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the platform and may request the closure of their account and the withdrawal of any eligible balance prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Account closure by the player: You may request closure of your btk99 account at any time by contacting the support team. All eligible balances (excluding forfeited bonuses and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Account closure by btk99: btk99 reserves the right to close any account with or without cause, subject to returning any eligible balance to the account holder. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, btk99 may withhold balances pending investigation.

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to the btk99 customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter through formal channels. btk99 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and in a timely manner.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, btk99 will conduct an internal review of server-side game logs. The result of this review will be communicated to the player within 10 business days of the escalated complaint being received. btk99's game log data constitutes the primary record of all game transactions and will be relied upon in any dispute resolution process.
